Hacker Finally Identified On TechCrunch Past.

I thought it was important for me to share this with you all. This is an article that I found on TechCrunch and it they are in the middle of a situation that can open the eyes to the marketing community.

Remember that hacking incident we had back in January? TechCrunch.com was defaced twice over a two day period and was redirecting for part of that time to a third party site.

We got through the event and mostly put it behind us. But recently Garda (Ireland’s national police force) and the U.S. Secret Service have been in touch with us because they think they found our man. He’s a suspect in another case and evidence strongly suggesting he was the TechCrunch hacker as well came to their attention. He redirects hacked sites to a website he owns and generates affiliate revenue.

These law enforcement agencies now want to know if we want to press charges so that they can bring a criminal action against the suspect in the United States.

They sent us some of the evidence, including IRC logs where the suspect was boasting about the TechCrunch hacks even as they were occurring. Some of this is pretty entertaining, particularly that last chat (some identifying information was removed). When you’re done reading this, we’re going to let you decide – do we press charges or just let this go? The poll is at the bottom of the post. Whatever you decide, we’ll do.

In my opinion you guys should press charges against this individual, this is happening more and more in the marketing community where thousands of dollars are being stolen from beginner marketers. I give you my thumbs up for asking our opinion.

The New Iphone 4G, Accidentaly Misplaced?

The Million Dollar Question, How do you steal the Iphone 4G?

Well, it was not "stolen", but lost. At least this is what Apple is claiming, we all know that someone made out BIG on this "lost" case. The reality is that the Iphone 4G is now out thanks to Gizmodo paying $10,000 for it. Gizmodo Take a look at the video of how the "was next big thing for Apple", looks like.

If I was Apple's "marketing guy", this is what I would do starting tomorrow morning, Apple should release a video of the Iphone, do it now and get the attention now while the oven just heated, than later, this will help with the coming months promotions. Who knows, maybe this can be a positive thing for Apple's Biggest thing yet, "The Iphone 4G". In my opinion, I personally like the new Iphone 4g's look.

What is hot in Business Advertising?

The hottest thing in business marketing is now in play, "texting promotions". Your promotions will look something as you see on the picture above. If you wanted to take advantage of a wave, now is the time to jump in and ride it. The text messaging promo is taking advertising to a different level. Everything is pointing in the right direction for this type of marketing, mostly all of us during the day are receiving a text message from someone we know and we just have to open it, this is the difference between email marketing, the open rate ratio is much higher than email.
I think that text messaging is the newest and hottest thing for small and medium size businesses. The ability to communicate with your customers at a more personal level is genius. You can now, issue coupons and send promo events to direct customers that have opted in getting that specific information you said you will send them direct to their mobile or cellphone number. You can now add to your existing advertising such as flyers, newspapers, radio and tv commercials, your text promo codes. Once your customer opts in you have their information and they can start receiving your marketing campaigns. We are going to be coming back to this type of advertising and talk more about its value to your business.

The Flying Cars Are Closer Than Ever...

Can you believe this?
We will soon see this a reality. Looking forward to driving and owning one of those in the near future :-)
Let's see, if we look back in history, I'm amazed at what has happened in the past 60 years, although, the last twenty years have been amazingly incredible when it comes to improving technology. These electric cars will make a huge positive impact in the world, but what is more surprisingly is the flying cars that will be coming soon to the market. I wonder where these cars will be driven at and to? Are we looking in the future to see massive changes in our highways and roads? I'm interested to know, where are we heading with this, can this be the end of the Airline industry? Would we live to see the Star Wars and Star Trek Era a reality? Ok, going a bit overboard, I know, but really look at the changes that we are seeing lately, things seem to be flying nowadays.
The reality is we have some amazing things happening. Take a moment and look around you, there are many unbelievable things happening around us and it is just getting started. The focus with these changes in my opinion should have as priority a way of making our Planet Earth a better place to live in. We need to treated well if we want these wonderful changes to happen and live to see them. Until next time...
